Responsibilities include: Social work Care Act 2014 assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments 2005, Adult Safeguarding, Hospital work, Ward and community visits
Qualifications: Qualified Social Worker, Fully Social Work England registered

Peterborough Council is seeking a Social Worker for its Transfer of Care team.

This is a full-time role paid at £34 per hour (umbrella), based at Peterborough City Hospital with some possibility for home working.

Requirements of the role:

Qualified Social Worker
