 Are you passionate about teaching and supporting young people who face barriers to education? Do you have the skills and experience to deliver engaging lessons in maths, science and english to GCSE level? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a KS3/KS4 alternative provision tutor to join our team. You will work with small groups or one-to-one with students who have social, emotional and mental health needs, or who are at risk of exclusion. You will plan and deliver personalised learning programmes that meet the individual needs and interests of each student. You will also help them develop their confidence, motivation and aspirations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS or equivalent)- Experience of teaching Maths, Science and English to GCSE level- Experience of working with students with SEN or challenging behaviour- A flexible, creative and positive approach to teaching- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
