We are currently recruiting an Order Picker on behalf of a valued client in Peterlee. This company is a leading supplier of frozen foods, serving customers across the country with top-quality products. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
Sunday - Thursday 6pm-3am
Candidates must drive or live local due to the finishing time.
Primary Responsibilities:- Accurately picking orders according to the pick list- Packing orders securely and preparing them for delivery- Conducting inventory checks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment- Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Candidate Specifications:- Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous- Ability to work in a cold environment (appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided).- Good communication skills- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items- Good team player who can also work independently.
