We are working with a client based in Peterlee who are seeking a Business Administrator to cover the 3 main business departments of Sales & Marketing, Finance and Production.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing
- Sales activity planning & maintaining CRM database
- Customer order processing with sales order conversion and release to production
- Providing customers with quotations & convert customer sales orders to production job cards
- Hunt new business and find out who the buyers / key decision makers are in any organisations to target for any new business
- Maintenance of company LinkedIn, Facebook and Website
- Management of Sales KPI’s
Finance
- Input Supplier deliveries and invoices
- Send out customer invoices, statements and manage any queries
Production
- Input job sheets onto Sage
- Processing Job cards & details for product ion readiness
- Manage consumable stock & reordering
- Manage H&S training and supplies
- Processing and filing of QA documentation

- 07:45 - 16:45 Monday - Thursday
- 07:45 -13:45 Friday
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Breaks: Morning 10:00 -10:15, Lunch 12:30 - 13:00, Afternoon break 15:00 - 15:10
