  • Driving improvements in injection moulding processes, reducing cycle times and enhancing quality through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve production issues and prevent future downtime or defects.
  • Developing and rolling out SOPs and KPIs to ensure consistent quality, monitor performance, and align with business goals.
  • Managing end-to-end continuous improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational gains.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities in materials, energy, and labour while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Continuous Improvement ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Holder of a relevant engineering degree or qualification
  • Proven experience of leading continuous improvement projects with manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, statistical software, and project management software
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
