- Identifying cost-saving opportunities in materials, energy, and labour while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Holder of a relevant engineering degree or qualification
- Proven experience of leading continuous improvement projects with manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, statistical software, and project management software
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
