Responsibilities:? Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs upon admission and throughout their stay in the healthcare facility.? Monitor patients for adverse reactions and medication effectiveness.? Perform wound assessments, dressings changes, and wound care procedures as necessary? Provide patients and their families with health education regarding their medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques? Respond promptly to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, and other critical incidents.
Requirements:? NMC registration and PIN? A minimum of 12 months post qualified work experience? Strong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities? Effective teamwork and the ability to work independently
