We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to help deliver an outstanding bar experience to theirguests.

As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the F&B Manager in overseeing the daily operations of their elegant bar. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all guests, from the creation of innovative cocktails to the management of the mainbar staff. Your expertise, leadership, and passion for excellence will contribute to maintaining the hotel's esteemed reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Supervise and train bar staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Develop and innovate cocktail menus, ensuring a diverse and exciting selection for guests
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and cost control
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Support the F&B Manager in administrative tasks, including scheduling and financial reporting
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers

Requirements:
