As they continue to grow, they are seeking an Accountant who will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our team of professionals. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently will contribute to the firm’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain the general ledger.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams to allocate costs accurately and track related expenses.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA, ACA or CIMA (Or equivalent).  
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in accounting, preferably within a regulated industry such as a practice or legal environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
