We're seeking a unique and talented Teaching Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. Some Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with classroom teachers to support the learning and development of students, providing one-on-one assistance and small group instruction as needed.
  • Assist with classroom activities, projects, and assessments, helping to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture where everyone feels welcome and respected.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or childcare setting.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting student's academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
