Pertemps is seeking a dynamic Financial Services Administrator to join their client in Plymouth, one of the South West’s leading firms of Independent Financial Planners. If you're a confident and strong administrator with an interest and background in Financial Services (IFA) then this is for you! Job details:
  • Competitive salary - £22,000 - £26,000 p/a depending on experience 
  • Full time - 9-5 Monday to Thursday, 9-4 Friday
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising by 1 day per year for each year of service up to a max of 25 days
As the Financial Services Administrator, you will do the following:
  • Assist with the reconciliation of Commission and Fee Statements
  • Maintain and reconcile Excel cashbooks
  • Sage bookkeeping
  • Accurately update and maintain information on back-office systems, including policy valuation data
  • Responsible for property/office-related issues
Skills, Qualifications and Experience of the Financial Services Administrator
  • Experience of working in a similar role in Financial Services
  • Highly effective time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
