We have a temporary Loading Shovel Operator role available within Aggregate Industries in Moorcroft Quarry, Plymouth. This role is ideal for someone who holds experience using a wide range of machinery to process a variety of aggregates.
Role: Loading Shovel Operator
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
Hours: 06:30am - 16:30am (with potential of OT)
Duration: 4 weeks
Salary: 20-24ph (depending on experience)
Aggregate Industries a leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete and aggregate. As a Loading Shovel Operator reporting to our Site Manager, you'll join our operational team to help run the quarry and process plant safely and efficiently.You will undertake a range of tasks within the operation from loading the processing equipment to loading lorries.
The ideal candidate will be looking to learn all aspects of the operation and have a keen interest in developing a career with us. This opportunity would suit a candidate looking to progress within an expanding business in a dynamic and exciting role.
We're looking for an ideal candidate that:
- Holds a current licence/experience using a loading shovel
- Previous experience within a similar industry.
- Good communication, planning and time management skills.
- Adhere to Aggregate Industries Health and Safety
