This project management position offers an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team in a varied and technical role. It is ideal for candidates from a Mechanical Engineering background who are confident working with multifunctional teams.
 
As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include managing key projects to ensure customer deadlines are met, supporting future business opportunities, and collaborating with the engineering team to develop products for customers. You will also influence and manage at all levels within the organization in a matrix structure, lead and manage engineering projects with main customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure products are launched on time and to the correct design and quality standards. Additionally, you will develop processes for existing project management practices, manage project costs against the budget, and support business development objectives to drive growth.
 
To be successful in this role, you should have understanding of project management principles and processes, and experience leading cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading meetings and team events internally and with customers are also essential. Additionally, knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes is required.
