THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience of working within the Facilities Management and Building Services industry providing maintenance to a range of HVAC plant and associated equipment and can demonstrate a working capacity for overseeing a team of engineers delivering this service. Successful candidates will have a excellent interpersonal skills, great administration and IT skills, have an ability to conduct tool box talks and liaise with important stakeholers. You will be appropriately qualified with a proven track record of operating in Commercial Environments and be responsible for day to day maintenance and improvement of plant, assets, and services

If you are a qualified Engineer with the before mentioned experience and are looking to diversify into a specific area of Building Maintenance this is the role for you.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Technically qualified in HVAC Engineering. (City & Guilds, HNC etc)

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desirable)

• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
