We are currently working exclusively with Havencare Homes And Support who are looking for a Community Housing Manager to join their team. This role is offering brilliant training opportunities, and is suitable for someone who wants to progress into the Head Of Housing. Role Title: Community Housing Manager Salary: £38,000 to £42,000Location: Plymouth Community Housing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop people
  • Develop and manage ethical, specialist community housing operations
  • Sustainably build and manage Havencare Homes' property portfolio
  • Achieve and maintain reputation as a trusted Registered Provider of Housing (RPH)
  • Collective leadership of wider risks, priorities, stakeholder engagement, and projects
