About the Role: Reed Education is currently recruiting for a permanent teacher to work at one of the SEND schools in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND or Primary-aged pupils. The school recognizes the importance of providing opportunities for newly qualified teachers to gain experience. If you’re readily available, the school is open to starting the contract earlier to secure the right teacher and ensure a smooth transition.
Responsibilities: As a teacher in a SEND school, you’ll be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs. This includes planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other staff members.
Qualifications: While experience with SEND or Primary-aged pupils is preferred, the school also welcomes newly qualified teachers. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development are essential.
