As a Primary Teaching Assistant specialising in nurture, you will:
- Provide Emotional Support and create a safe and welcoming atmosphere where students feel secure and valued.
- Tailor Learning and collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons and activities to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Build Relationships and forge strong connections with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative and positive learning environment.
- Implement Strategies and utilise effective strategies to address social and emotional challenges, promoting the well-being of every child.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with primary school students, with a focus on nurture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
