We’re working with a fast-paced, digitally driven consumer brand with a loyal customer base and an exciting growth roadmap. As a direct-to-consumer business, their online store plays a central role in performance — and they’re now looking for an Online Trading Manager to lead the charge on conversion, campaign execution, and commercial trading strategy.What you’ll be doingYou’ll take full ownership of the eCommerce trading calendar — aligning product launches, campaigns, and promotions to drive sales, improve conversion, and lift AOV across key channels. This role is about using data to drive decisions — monitoring performance daily, spotting trends, and identifying opportunities to optimise. Working closely with UX, content, and marketing teams, you’ll ensure the website is always putting the customer first, and the trading plan delivers against both short-term wins and long-term goals.You’ll also manage and develop a team of merchandisers and eCommerce execs, working closely with planning and stock teams to keep everything running smoothly from campaign through to conversion.What experience you’ll need
  • Experience in a similar trading or eCommerce role, ideally for a fast-paced D2C or consumer brand; whether that's Online Trading Manager, eCommerce Trading Manager or Digital Customer Journey Manager.
  • Commercially focused with a proven track record of driving digital sales performance.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and customer journey.
  • Confident analysing and acting on data — ideally comfortable with Google Analytics or similar.
  • Experience planning and delivering promotional activity across digital channels.
  • A strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners.
  • A natural leader — experience managing and mentoring a small team would be ideal.
