Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Rotating, Week 1/Days - Monday to Thursday 6am-6pm, Week 2/Nights - Monday to Thursday 6pm
Annual Salary between £35,000 to £37,000

Day to Day Duties
The purpose of this role is minimise disruption to production through timely repair of breakdowns and planned, preventative maintenance.
Daily Duties Include:
- Investigate and Repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensure delivery of planned and preventative maintenance schedule
- Work with internal departments to ensure safe installation and commissioning of new plant and machinery
- Research to understand common faults and their causes
- Ability to read, understand, generate technical, electrical and P&I drawings.
Essential Skills
- Time served completion of a relevant apprenticeship or an HNC
- Experienced in all aspects of mechanical maintenance, preferably gained within a similar environment.
- Lone and team working capability
Desirable Experience
- IOSH Health and safety experience
- FLT Certificate is desirable
- Computer literate with experience in MS packages
What training is provided?
- A full site paid induction will be held on Day 1.
