The Interim ED&I Lead will design and deliver the ED&I strategy by working with various stakeholders within the organisation, as well as the ED&I working group to ensure the organisation are advocating and inspiring inclusively.

Description

The Interim ED&I Lead will design and deliver the ED&I strategy by working with various stakeholders within the organisation, as well as the ED&I working group to ensure the organisation are advocating and inspiring inclusively.

  • Develop and implement ED&I strategies
  • Conduct assessments and audits to identify gaps in ED&I practices
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote ED&I across the organisation
  • Facilitate ED&I training and development programs for staff
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ED&I initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Act as an internal consultant on ED&I issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to integrate ED&I into all HR processes

Profile

A successful Interim ED&I Lead should have:

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of ED&I principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the development and implementation of ED&I strategies and initiatives
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
