The Interim ED&I Lead will design and deliver the ED&I strategy by working with various stakeholders within the organisation, as well as the ED&I working group to ensure the organisation are advocating and inspiring inclusively.
- Develop and implement ED&I strategies
- Conduct assessments and audits to identify gaps in ED&I practices
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote ED&I across the organisation
- Facilitate ED&I training and development programs for staff
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ED&I initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Act as an internal consultant on ED&I issues, providing guidance and support to staff and management
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to integrate ED&I into all HR processes
Profile
A successful Interim ED&I Lead should have:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of ED&I principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the development and implementation of ED&I strategies and initiatives
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
