Working closely with  community groups, and partner organisations, you will lead impactful projects that make a real difference.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee projects focused on improving services 
  • Collaborate closely with community stakeholders to gather valuable insights and feedback.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions in partnership with internal teams and external organisations.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Facilitate effective communication and engagement between stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within  community development.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, coupled with a genuine passion for community development and empowerment.
