Factory Operative | £11.50 per hour | Poole

As Factory Operative, you’ll be working as a permanent member of the team within a successful engineering business with a great work environment.
You’ll benefit from:

As a Factory Operative you will work:
Monday to Thursday - 7.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 1pm
As a Factory Operative your responsibilities will include although not limited to:
- Manual handling, such as operating, setting up and loading machinery
- Sand blasting and masking of components in preparation for the next process
- Plating and anodising of components
- Basic inspection and quality checks
- Working with specifications
- General factory operative duties
As a Factory Operative, you'll have:
- A great eye for detail
- Previous hands-on experience in a similar environment (preferred)
- A willingness to learn and work in an engineering factory environment
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
