We are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist to join a reputable business in the Poole area. This role involves planning and executing seasonal retailer marketing campaigns for leading brands within the Sports & Outdoor, Travel, and Lifestyle channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail marketing and be adept at managing campaigns across multiple countries.
Day to day of the role:- Plan and execute seasonal retailer marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales managers, Brand team, and Retail marketing team for timely planning and execution.
- Coordinate the allocated marketing spend and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
- Analyse market splits and initiate action plans accordingly.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in Retail Marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously and foster relationships with cross-functional teams.
