Our client, an agile and innovative organisation, is currently seeking a Benefits and Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Poole. If you are organised, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to develop your career in Human Resources, then we want to hear from you!In this role, you will play a crucial part in the management of the entire Human Resources lifecycle, working alongside a friendly and supportive team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the design and implementation of a new salary sacrifice benefit to enhance our client's Total Reward offering.Daily management of the Benefits Platform, acting as the main point of contact between providers and payroll.Taking ownership of all daily benefit-related administrative activities, including monthly benefit-related payroll checks.Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on Benefits and payroll-related queries.Assisting in the improvement and efficiency of all HR operational processes.Ensuring technical resolutions follow change control processes, taking ownership to achieve end-to-end issue resolution.Supporting the wider HR Operational Team with queries and small-scale projects.To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:A strong understanding of payroll processes, including monthly payroll checks.Knowledge of supporting or leading the implementation of salary sacrifice benefits.Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience in managing small-scale projects.Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.Enjoyment of multitasking and the ability to pick up new tasks confidently and easily.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality when necessary.In return, our client offers a range of benefits to suit your personal needs, including flexible benefits, supported on-the-job training and development, a 37.5 hour working week with a flexible working policy, an annual bonus, an excellent pension scheme with matching contributions, and generous annual leave.As an organisation committed to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusivity, our client actively encourages applications from a diverse talent pool.
