A Temporary Payroll Administrator is being recruited for a 6-9 month contract with one of Poole's most prestigious organisations and this would offer mainly remote working with a requirement to attend the office only approx twice per month. As Payroll Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team and report to the Payroll Project Manager who is working on the implementation of a new payroll system.Duties will include:

  • Supporting the collation of information to transfer to the new system
  • Providing payroll support for monthly, quarterly and annual payrolls as required
  • Inputting and processing data
  • Reviewing and checking payroll calculations
  • Dealing with any queries

To be considered for this position it is essential you have current or recent experience within a payroll environment, have familiarity with Excel (including VLookUps and Pivot Tables) and strong attention to detail. Experience of MS Dynamics AX or Cintra would be useful but not essential. In return, a good working environment is offered within a friendly and supportive team and a little flexibility as to how the hours are worked.
