As the Compliance Manager within this leading organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management systems and regulatory compliance. Acting as a central point of contact for compliance-related matters, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Compliance Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage various quality management systems, including ISO standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Research regulations to support new product approval processes.
  • Manage batch control and FIFO processes for product integrity.
  • Coordinate regular health and safety checks across operations.

Compliance Manager Skills & Experience Required

  • Demonstrable experience in compliance/quality management and auditing.
  • Proficiency with ISO standards, ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016, ISO14001:2016, and ISO27001.
  • Strong report-writing skills and experience in creating non-conformance action plans.
  • Experience in policy and process development.
  • Familiarity with medical devices and manufacturing processes, and knowledge of IOSH.
