Job Description:

  • An opportunity to join a friendly team as a Part-Time Administrator at a busy and respected local estate agents. We are seeking candidates who are dedicated to providing excellent customer care, possess friendly demeanour, and have strong organizational skills. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and friendliness.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local candidates preferred.
  • Flexibility with hours; Saturday work is required.
