Description
The Role:
- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise business processes
- Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement financial controls and procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in Finance and Accounting with proven experience in a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience using a fully integrated ERP systems, such as SAP
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction sector, an advantage
