- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults for HGV vehicles and cryogenic systems.
- Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Liaise with external technician providers and other bodies such as DAF, ATS and Michelin.
- Carry out recording and allocation of parts and their costs.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient operations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- HGV Licence (C+E) with no more than 3 penalty points
- Driver CPC and Tachograph
- ADR Licence is desirable but can be trained to gain qualification.
- Experience and knowledge of the LGV Tester Manual
- Experience working as an HGV mechanic or technician.
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with vehicle systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
