The client isaleading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. They are recruiting an MechanicalEngineer to join the team located in Portom.

Purpose of Job

To ensure client satisfaction and perception by providingeffective planned and reactive Mechanicalormulti skilled maintenance/repairs to site including processes and procedures.
Provide support and assistance to Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.
Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Preparation of quotations to client when required,

Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in Facilities Management.
Educated in an Mechanocal discipline.
Experience in air handling, pumps and water.
Able to be mobile and respond to any urgent queries from the customer which may require site attendance.
Needs to be able to maintain high standards of service levels with the team.
