Are you a Financial Accountant looking for your next contract opportunity? We have an opportunity with a high growth international services business, based in Portsmouth, who are seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Group Accounting function. Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant include:

Ensure monthly close activities are performed accurately and submitted to group on time
Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliation and that the output stands up to scrutiny for audit
Perform quarterly VAT return, intrastat accounting and statutory reporting
Lead the year end process for the preparation of the annual statutory accounts ensuring any external audit queries are resolved promptly
Annual Audit preparation

Skills and Experience of the Financial Accountant required:

Knowledge of IFRS
Experience of working in an international business
Audit Experience

Duration - 9 months Salary - 37,500-45,000 per annum Hybrid working
