Sales Executive - Portsmouth £ 24K + Commission permanent37.5 hours Office based (lakeside - Portsmouth) between 08.30 - 17.30 No weekendsA fantastic opportunity to join a company going through a great period of Growth and start a successful career in Sales!If you are confident on the Phones and talking to tradespeople, then this is the role for you!The roleSupport the Sales Manager in the development of trade customers, increasing volume and frequency of bookings and support transition to Business Solutions accounts as they grow.The main focus of the role will be to increase sales volume and support new trade members.Key Responsibilities* Support new customers with onboarding to trade accounts, guiding them through to making bookings.* Outbound sales calls to increase business from trade customers, searching for more bookings through identifying opportunities. * Ownership of monthly trade sales volumes, supporting sales manager with strategies to drive growth* Account management for larger trade customers who require further support.* Ownership of monthly trade sales volumes, supporting sales manager with strategies to drive growth.* Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a resolution is provided.* Maintain records of sales activities and customer strategies* Attending Trade shows when required to increase business. Skills required. * Confident and outgoing personality * Ability to build rapport easily. * Excellent communication skills * Previous Trade counter sales experience * Sales focused with confident telephone manner.
