Customer Relations Officer

Parker Jones are acting on behalf of a propertymaintenance company who are currently looking for a customer relations office to join their Portsmouth Office. This is a great opportunity to join a great team and have a permanent role.

This role is working in a call centre environmentresponsible for the management of the Compliments, Complaints, Customer Portal, Customers Satisfaction and Customer Texting Service process and procedures.

Knowledge of building maintenance activities is desired.

Qualifications Required

GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Math and English.

Customer Service qualification (Desirable)

Experience

Minimum of 2 years Customer Service Experience.

Have previous complaint or dispute handling and investigation experience.
