You will have a background as a customer service advisor or within a car dealership preferably.
You won't be afraid to get stuck in and communicate clearly with customers.
Your role will include:
- Booking in maintenance
- Providing timely updates to customers
- Problem solving and prioritising busy workload
- Liaising with colleagues in different teams
£34,000 DOE
