About the role

As a customer service agent, your role will be to assist our customers with their pet insurance queries, issues, and complaints, policy renewals and new business customers. This role offers excellent training and future progression opportunities within a supportive and friendly team.

Your responsibilities

• Answering customer calls regarding general questions, renewals and sales
• Manage the customer through the lifecycle of their insurance policy
• Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email updating details on the company system
• Admin duties
• Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders, policyholders, and affinity partners to obtain information to allow veterinary nurses to settle claims

About you

• Previous customer service experience - retail and hospitality experience is welcome
• Happy dealing with a variety of customers via the telephone
• Resilient
• Hard working and personable

Hours

• Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with a half-day on Saturday with a day off in the week in lieu
• Week 3: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm

Please note - no holiday can be taken withing the first 4-6 weeks of training
