Your new roleAn organisation based near Portsmouth are undergoing a large digital transformation project which includes migrating a number of their current systems to new ones. The main system they are looking for support on is their finance system. This piece of work is end-to-end data migration, they are just coming out of the planning phase and about to start the cleansing and migration. This is very much a hands-on data migration role where you will be expected to cleanse, quality check, format and test, the test migration is due to happen in August. What you'll need to succeed
- Data Migration experience within a finance system is essential.
- Working experience of SQL.
- Be able to work onsite near Portsmouth 2/3 days per week.
- The ability to write data migration plans - not essential but an advantage which would set you apart from other candidates.
What you'll get in return
- £450 per day Outside IR35
- 3-month initial contract, but the system is due to go live in April 2025, so a likely extension
