As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising whole classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher. You will not be required to plan or mark lessons, but you will play a key part in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across KS3 and KS4.

• Maintain discipline and ensure students stay focused on their learning.

• Provide clarification and guidance to support students with their work.

• Adapt quickly to cover a variety of subjects and year groups.
