Roofing Estimator

Future Build are currently looking for a Roofing Estimator to work for a contractor assisting with a variety of refurbishment projects. We are looking for a candidate who has experience specifically to roofing and is capable of delivering projects up to £3 million.

Brief Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs and quantities of materials.
• Produce project timelines.
• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings
• Use the existing software in order to complete accurate estimations.
• Estimatingflat and pitched roofing for refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors
