SHE Advisor - 38K pa

Portsmouth - 2 x a week (Hybrid working)

My client, a growing, global leader, is seeing a SHE Advisor, who will be ensuring the business complies with the Company SHE Policy and all relevant SHE regulatory requirements. This pivotal position will support Line Leaders in their deployment of the Safety, Health and Environmental policy, management systems and objectives for their area(s) of responsibility. The SHE Advisor will ensure plans, risk assessments all up to date, in addition to supporting audits and being a point of contact for SHE advice.

Knowlege & Experience

• Hold a NEBOSH certificate or equivalent and be willing to work towards a NEBOSH Diploma/Degree in H&S

• Experience of working in complex environments where strong collaboration, influencing and motivation skills are the key methods for implementing SHE improvements Comprehensive Knowledge of SHE Management Systems and assurance processes

• Working knowledge of SHE Management Systems and assurance processes

As a SHE Advisor working for this company you will be earning a basic salary of up to 38,000 and will be entitled to a fantastic range of company benefits.
