RecQuest is supporting a highly regarded firm in Portsmouth in their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of their own files, working within a firm that prides itself on client care and high-quality service.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
- Raising, and replying to enquiries
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progression
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep transactions on track
- Supporting the continued development of the team and firm with your conveyancing knowledge
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing transactions independently
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Comfortable using case management systems and working to deadlines
- A team player with a strong sense of accountability and pride in your work
