Project Manager

Trevett Services are working with an innovativeMOD provider who are looking to bring on aProject Managerto work inPortsmouth.

This is afull time, permanent roleworking 37 hours per week with flexible, adaptive working options, with typically two to three days working from home.

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • You will join a growing team working on a range of small to medium scale construction projects.
  • You will be delivering and managing all phases of both new build and refurbishment projects ensuring they are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Managingproject documentation to include Bids, proposals and third party documentation (configuration control)
  • Travel to various other sites required

Experience required:

  • Working knowledge of Planning Application and GPDO process
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations, JSP standard, risk management processes and techniques
  • Experience of CDMRegulations and must have acted as client or similar role on a construction related projects.
  • Working knowledge of NEC contracts as well as JCT
  • Experience of working within the Defence sectoris desirable not essential
