The well-established main contractor are renowned for delivering high quality roofing and cladding projects with values up to 4M within the Residential and Commercial sectors. This company have been going through a period of growth from creating solid relationships with their client base due to them consistently delivery high quality works. Therefore they have ambitious growth plans to double their turnover by taking on bigger projects and increasing their client offerings. To facilitate this growth they're looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor to join the business and progress through the ranks as the company grows.

In this role you will be based from the Portsmouth office and responsible for cost control of a number of projects. Your roles and responsibilities will include Estimating for projects, setting up contracts, cost control of jobs accounting for any variations, sub-contractor procurement through to final account. This role offers project variety, within a progressive company.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with roofing or cladding knowledge who has the ability to take on technically challenging projects looking to play a pivotal role within a business whist gaining progression, increased earnings and recognition.

Quantity Surveyor
Working on Roofing or Cladding projects - Values 100K - 4M
Refurbishment works in the residential and Commercial sectors
Office Based in Portsmouth

The Person:

Quantity Surveying experience
Strong JCT Contract knowledge
knowledge of roofing and cladding packages
Commutable to Portsmouth
