Property Manager WANTED!

My client hosts 200 years experience within the property / estate management industry and is looking for a motivated, experienced team player to join their office as a Property Manager!

Do you have:

Leasehold Block Management experience?
A strong understanding of managing residential properties?
An understanding of property legislation and regulations?
Knowledge of repair and maintenance?

If you answer YES to any of the above you could be the perfect fit to be a Property Manager! Check out the below responsibilities:

Liaising with clients regarding contracts/financial management
Carry out routine inspections and prepare reports
Create Service Charge budgets
Oversee Major Works plans

Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700
