Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Consultant- Health & Social Care.  

Due to Interaction Health & Social Care Division’s ongoing commitment to new and existing client accounts & continued growth, we now have an exciting vacancy for an Experienced Sales Executive / Recruitment Consultant to work within our Portsmouth office.

Interaction Health & Social Care have a solid portfolio of Clients they supply into and are looking to branch out into other geographical areas & specialities. At Interaction Health & Social Care we have a tailored approach to our clients.

As an Internal Sales Executive / Recruitment Consultant, You Will:

• Deliver sales revenue through selling our temporary staffing solutions along with our permanent staffing solutions to current & new clients

• Target new prospects, referrals, & an ever-growing portfolio of existing client base

• Generate additional leads through research, networking, referrals, and inbound enquires

• Utilise telephone-based sales techniques to identify, qualify and close sales throughout a large and lucrative territory

• Build ongoing relationships with our current client base

• Maintain and utilise our internal database.

• Maintain and grow our current bank of Healthcare professionals

• Interviewing & compliance of Healthcare Staff.

• Individuals who possess a minimum of 6 months sales experience or Healthcare Experience on the ground

• Target-driven individuals who can demonstrate desire, motivation, & passion to succeed

• Candidates with a demonstrable ability to communicate, present, influence, and build relationships

• Candidates with knowledge of the sales process & using differing techniques

• Coachable team players with drive, personality, and talent

The successful candidate will be offered:

• A base salary DOE

• UNCAPPED commission structure
