As an Operations Executive, you will be instrumental in ensuring their services are delivered to the highest standards, embodying their core values of customer-first service and ethical operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Logistics to ensure jobs are allocated efficiently and promptly.
  • Manage all customer interactions according to the company's values, handling enquiries and ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Drive revenue by proactively taking bookings to support the Sales function as needed.
  • Address and resolve problems as they arise, effectively managing queries and complaints from customers.
  • Assist Waste Collection Partners with operational issues that arise on jobs.
  • Support Quality Assurance processes to monitor and uphold business performance and standards.
  • Contribute to business reporting and compliance processes.
  • Document existing processes and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role within a tech-driven environment is preferred.
