This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide high-level support to senior leadership in a busy and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage high-volume email inboxes for senior staff
  • Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, and events
  • Maintain action trackers and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Take accurate minutes and distribute supporting documents
  • Assist with travel planning and financial processing as required
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership in education or similar environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident in minute-taking and using MS Office
  • Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
