An established consultancy is currently looking for a Part Time Administrator. The Part Time Administrator role involves carrying out a range of administrative functions for the wider team alongside contacting residents to book in appointments for their surveying department.

  • 20 hours across 5 days(Mon to Fri with flexible start time9am, 9.30am or 10am
  • Hybrid - 2 days office based
  • Salary: up to £27,000

Responsibilities as Administrator:

  • Inputting relevant information into the in-house database
  • Contacting residents to schedule required appointments
  • Rescheduling any missed appointments effectively
  • Liaising with the in-house surveying team regarding any reschedules and queries
  • Carrying out general administrative duties including emailing, electronic filing, and document management
  • Providing excellent customer service to a variety of clients and tenants

Required skills/competencies as Administrator:

  • Strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work on own initiative and multitask effectively
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
