Description
- Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Invoice processing and coding
- Performing supplier statement reconciliations
- Review and implement financial policies.
- Finance administration and maintenance of the software system
- Collaborate with team members in the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Transactions Officer should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
