We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to serve as the right hand to the management team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Flexibility with working hours and a comprehensive understanding of commercial challenges are essential for success in this role. You must be willing to be hands on and flexible according to the site needs and have knowledge of commercial challenges.

Responsibilities of an Electrical Supervisor:

  • Supervise on-site electrical operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project requirements.
  • Actively participate in hands-on tasks, leading by example and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Coordinate and organise job schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct electrical installations, testing, and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and complete test certificates accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply of materials for ongoing projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors to address project needs and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications required of an Electrical Supervisor:

  • Proven experience in electrical supervision, with a strong track record of on-site management.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial challenges related to electrical projects.
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate project demands and deadlines.
