- Lead a team of three, including a Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant, providing supervision, guidance, and support.
- Effectively allocate work within the team, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.
- Take ultimate responsibility for all files opened under your name, ensuring timely completion and adherence to financial targets.
- Support the development and progression of team members, identifying training needs and providing mentorship opportunities.
- Contribute to business development efforts, networking, and promoting the firm's conveyancing services.
Requirements: - Qualified and experienced Conveyancer with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
