Description
- Managing the financial health of the organisation
- Supervising and guiding the financial team
- Developing and implementing financial strategies
- Overseeing the preparation of all financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Liaising with auditors and managing internal controls
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Supporting the Executive team with decision-making
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Proficient knowledge in accounting software
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
