We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Finance Manager to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with an interest in the not-for-profit sector.

Description

  • Managing the financial health of the organisation
  • Supervising and guiding the financial team
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies
  • Overseeing the preparation of all financial reports
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Liaising with auditors and managing internal controls
  • Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
  • Supporting the Executive team with decision-making

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Proficient knowledge in accounting software
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
